With a second half push that kept uh on it's toes. Uh coach bob nash knows coach ken Wagner and his seasiders very well. And felt it okay to sit out rod flemings and even without the senior star it was still a high flying affair. This one courtesy of bill amis. Hawaii worked in it's new guys into the offense and Jeremy lay works this play pretty well. He get that bucket and one. Later lay shows he's got some touch on his passes as well. The no look save finds hiram Thompson for the easy deuce. Thompson with 9 points and 9 assists. Hawaii led by 12 at the break. Hawaii actually led from start to finish but in the second half byuh got within 2 points. But Hawaii managed to break away for the 83 69 win. Paul Campbell with a team high 19 points for the bows and 8- boards. |
